    Mike Hart Injury?

I don't remember where I read it, and don't have time to look for it at the moment. But the HC said they had set number of plays that Brown would participate in during the game. I was looking for info on Hart's MRI, so it may have been an indy paper that quoted him.

    Ray Rice vs Vikings

I believe Grant got those 51 yards on 11 carries. Jamal Lewis 11/57 & 3/47 Kevin Smith 24/83 & 2/10 Glen Coffee 25/54 Ryan Grant 11/51 & 4/50 Steven Jackson 21/84 & 2/25 They're giving up 96ypg, 3.8ypc, the longest run against them was 15yds, and they've allowed 0 rushing TD's. They're run D is good, but I wouldn't be sitting my best RB's just because they're playing MIN. All depends on who you've got on the bench.

FYI - I've watched every single Chiefs game since before Marty and Carl were running the show. The O-line made Priest Holmes and LJ look better than they are, and now they are making LJ look worse than they are. I could tell you about John Alt, Dave Szott and other past linemen we've had that made guys like the Nigerian Nightmare (Christian Okoye), Barry Word, Marcus Allen, and all the rest look good. You know the Chiefs O-Line is horrible when I have to double check who's playing where for the current year. Yeah, I had to look it up. Pathetic.

    is sperm edwards retarded?

If Herm had them kick the FG, and Rayner actually managed to make it (which is a stretch, AND he's KC's second kicker this year by the way), then what? Most of the same people in this thread would be foaming at the mouth, talking about how Herm has no balls to go for it on 4th and 1 when your RB had 150+ yds already, and the FG kicker sucks. I'll tell you right now, it's not the 4th down call that bothered me at all. I liked the call to go for it, was just piss poor execution. What angered me was the fact that Herm called a timeout on the play before that, then challenged the spot of the ball and lost. He lost TWO timeouts before calling the 4th down play. THAT is what was inexcusable...the rest I can deal with. Even worse than that...it's the same thing Romeo Crennell did last week I believe. That is just stupid. Either challenge it, or don't...but don't waste a second timeout trying to figure out if you should.

    ***WESTBROOK MISSES PRACTICE AGAIN***

Sky.... Falling......... Just wake up Sunday and check the inactives. No need to freak out. Why would you replace him with Benson, he sucks? You should have C-Buck if you own Westy. Westy always misses at least a game or two every year...just like 90% of the rest of the RB's in the NFL.

Proof that PPR leagues are a joke.

Personally, I think that a RB catching a pass for -1yds is valuable to the team. Better than the QB getting sacked for -10yds, or getting a grounding penalty. Don't think that's valuable? Maybe you should have asked McNabb after the NYG game where Westbrook didn't play. Nobody reliable to catch his little dumpoffs, and he got hammered all night. Twelve sacks, right? Hey, maybe if you're so concerned about what's valuable in the real NFL, you should give points for RB's picking up the blitz, and pancake blocks by the O-Line! Yeah, with the first pick of the 2008 fantasy draft, I'll take Walter Jones? Fun... Don't like PPR? Don't play in a PPR league. Not that hard to figure out. Nobody wants to hear you whine about it.

    SD DT/ST TD

It says it right below the live scoring, just like he said. Right above the "Show Reserves/Legend/Scoring System" links. "DTD will score live, but the following component of DTD will not score live: SFRTD"
  10. Never heard of a late hit? Not like it would be the first time someone tried to take out a QB... "Before a typically hard-fought contest against the Green Bay Packers in November, Packers defensive lineman Charles Martin proudly displayed a handtowel in warmups with the numbers of Bears stars listed on it, and claimed it was a "hit list" for the game. Martin was allowed to wear the towel in the game, and after a McMahon interception he sauntered over to the quarterback from behind, grabbed him and body slammed him into the rock-hard artificial turf. Pandemonium ensued as the play was one of the most blatantly illegal in NFL history. Bears players attended to the stunned and injured McMahon as fights broke out and Martin was ejected. " I'm not hoping Brady gets hurt, I don't think many people really are. But the way they continue to go for it on fourth downs and toss the rock around when up by 30-40pts...well, I can see it happening. Football is an emotional game, a lot of these guys aren't the most stable people mentally, and I can see someone getting frustrated and doing something they shouldn't.

I hate Head V Head leagues, it's not fair

H2H for everything except determining the two wildcards spots.

I hate Head V Head leagues, it's not fair

Division winners = best H2H record 2 wild cards = total points That's how my league does it. Best way I've seen to get the best of both worlds.

We can drop anyone we want in my CBS league. No idea what you are talking about...

    Larry Johnson?

Green was sucking last year...for like two whole quarters...before he got hurt? He had barely played a half. Let's remember here for a second, that Green, since 2001, is in the top 5 for all QB's for total yds...including last years stats. I think the only QB who had more yards from 2001-2005 was Manning. Does Indy lose 1,000yds and 8TD's if Manning goes down? Actually, what happens now that Manning lost his LT? What about Addai? Are people just projecting him out for 1/3rd more production now that Rhodes is gone, even though they lost Tarik Glenn? Seems like LJ is the only one to get this type of scrutiny. Look, LJ will face basically the same issues this year that he did last year. We already know that, and we've already seen how he responds to it. And for him to have been the #4 RB last year (which was Westbrook in my league, PPR), you'd have to take away 15% of his overall production. His situation didn't get 15% worse. I mean, at least this year, our starting QB is taking snaps with the first team. And they can't stick 10 men in the box against us, 9 is pretty much the max. He's already dealt with that, and came out of it as the #3 RB. Dunno what else you want from the guy.

    Larry Johnson?

2002, 2003, 2004, 2005...they only played 4yrs together. And Priest had 1500+ rushing yards in 2001 before he got to KC. But the thing is, and I've mentioned this before...you talk about having the O-line gel. And I've always agreed, continuity helps. And last year, Waters was in a walking boot for training camp, and when he came back, Shields had gone down with an ankle sprain. The starting O-line did not once practice together in the preseason last year. We had a G playing RT, and Black/Turley playing LT, which was a complete joke. The tackles were so bad last year, they considered putting Jason Dunn at T, who is our 2nd TE. And again, LJ was facing nine man fronts most of last year, something he didn't have to contend with the year before. And yes, of course the offense dropped 1000yds and had 8 fewer TD's. Our starting pro-bowl QB got the F knocked out in the very first game of the year. What do you think would happen to New England if they lost Tom Brady? If Indy lost Peyton? Etc, etc...
