Not even brain surgery, jaw surgery. She wakes up and all of sudden talks with a british accent. they call it Foreign language syndrome or some nonsense. Never heard a more obvious and fake attention seeking disorder than this. "I used to say Yall, but now I say you all.". No thats not how it works. I can understand mouth surgery altering the way you talk by changing the physical dimensions and what not. But this is just silly.

Yea I dont believe a word of it. Everyone who comes down with this mystery condition gets a lot of attention. You dont go from saying y'all to you all from having jaw surgery. You would still say y'all, it mightiest sound funny if your mouth or tongue was shaped differently. Total bollocks.
