Is morris a must handcuff?

Recommended Posts

Now I know he is but, how much do u spend on him? Now if Zeke goes down Morris has looked good filling in, but he would then have all the totes behind that nice O-line.

Now an owner wants AZ D for me to handcuff Morris? Lol. It's my only D and would need to go pick one up. Though about him shipping his D alone with Morris, but it's only Tenn. Defenses score decent points in this league.

PPR league. QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, WR/TE, D, K.

QB

Wilson

Luck

RB

Lacy

Zeke

Powell

Ellington

Washington

Forsett

WR

Marshal

M. Jones

Cooper

Dorsett

Thomas

Arizona

If Zeke goes down Morris will be a top RB.

He won't be on Zeke's level but he would be a guy to put in the line up each week and get pretty good returns.

Behind that O line, whoever next up is a player who should be rostered if you have Zeke on your team currently.

I'm sure that Morris is a 1000 yard rusher behind that line if he's starting. so if you have Zeke, why wouldn't you get yourself a little insurance?

The only concern I would have about Morris is that McFadden will be back sometime.

Not sure how this would change the situation.

Once I saw how zeke was running behind that line I traded for Morris to have insurance. I am very happy I locked up that RB position for the year. Given the history of rookies breaking down I feel it is foolish not to get him.

He's nothing like Starks. I'm not trying to downplay Zeke's talent, but it's possible that I might be able to run for 1000 yds behind that line.

If Zeke were go down Morris would put up 80-90% of what he's doing, and if he went down, then Dunbar or (insert lame ass RB here) would run for 80-90% of what Morris would run for. That line is really, really good and starting to gell.

*Edit: Full disclosure, Steeler fan living in Texas who really can't stand the Cowboys. Zeke is good, but that line is really fockin' good.

This, without a doubt. Zeke is good but that line is making him great.

I am trying to remember when Morris was good

honestly if Zeke goes down, I say screw it I am done, someone has been holding Morris all year, I will just roll with a RB off the wire that seems to be popping up every week, or with Powell or Ware who I have benched

great points

That Oline is putting him in the rookie of the year conversation

Put him on another team, average stuff

See emmitt smiths talent with the greatest Oline in history

Yes you need Morris. Zeke is getting used a ton and may hit the rookie wall HARD. Or get injured

Maybe when he was a thousand yard rusher averaging over 4.0 ypc in every season except the last one? When he ran for 1600 yards and 13 TDs as a rookie?

You're truly an idiot if you think he doesn't produce behind that Dallas line.

I don't own him either , and in the league I own Zeke he's available.

It's one of those times that I will wait to long because I don't want to let anyone else go at this time.

And then I'll show myself how smart I am , he will be taken and turn out to be another stud Rb behind that Oline.

And once again I Would have blown another opportunity.

Life in fantasy football land.

There's only been 1 RB that I've ever seen play that wasn't "made" by his O-Line, he played for Detroit
