    Bye Matty Ice, GTFO!

They call him Matty Ice because he just never, ever heats up. May blow up for one game but never ever heat up.

Manziel says he needs to stop being a jackass

Whether he stops being a jackass or not, he will never be a quality NFL quarterback. Undrafted Connor Shaw showed more poise and control of the offense in 4 quarters than Johnny. Say hello to the 2014 Ryan Leaf award winner.

    I hate PPR

I don' get the point of ppr as far as evening things out between positions. A RB is a RB and should score like a running back. A WR is a WR and should score like a wide receiver. If the goal is to even out the scoring between all the positions, then what is the point of positions? Instead of starting a QB, 2RB, 2WR, FLEX, TE, K and DST, why not nine flex positions?

    johnny manziel might start

Was he missing wide open receivers or were receiver running the wrong routes? Results are the same, but not the blame.

    Hoyer & Cleveland

The sad part is what is Johnny doing in practice? Not impressing anyone if he still can't take over the starting job with as bad as Brian has been playing.

    Josh Gordon News

Make sense when you consider he is out of game shape and not making the right adjustments on his routes. 3 of Hoyer's recent int's where to Gordon while he was making the wrong adjustment or just running the wrong routes.

    Hoyer & Cleveland

What I find interesting is that 5 of Hoyer 10 interceptions have come with Gordon back. Can't be a coincidence. Forcing it to much to a receiver who doesn't have his head in the game. Cleveland knew Brian was a game manager. The offense is build around running to setup the pass. And they haven’t been running well for weeks.

    I'm so unlucky in FF

Or just as unreal, people blaming bad luck for bad decision making. I guess it is easier to blame bad luck then to blame oneself.

    I'm so unlucky in FF

definition of skill - the ability, coming from one's knowledge, practice, aptitude, etc., to do something well draft a good team - not a skill, luck managing your team - not a skill, luck making the playoffs more than the rest - not a skill, luck There is only one league were I had an extended period of losing. Then I stopped drinking before during and after the draft. Won three of the next four years (from the middle and end of the draft, not 1,2 or 3). I was so lucky that I stopped drinking.

    I'm so unlucky in FF

So there is no luck in the NFL, only FF. Got it.

    I'm so unlucky in FF

Point is the schedule is random for both FF and the NFL, as well as injuries. Would Denver had won last week if J. Thomas didn't go out early with an injury? Or Sanders later in the game? Denver couldn't control that. Lucky for the Rams those players got injured. Were the Bengals lucky to play against the Texans without Foster this week? The schedule can't be random for one and not the other. It is who you play and when you play them. Whether an NFL can affect their outcome does not change the randomness of the schedule or injuries. Does not being able to control thing mean then it is luck?

    I'm so unlucky in FF

If this is true, then NFL football is all luck (or 90% luck or whatever random percentage you prefer). Who you play, when you play them. All luck. Think I heard Belichick saying that after the lost to the Chiefs in week one.

*** Thursday night -- Browns vs. Bengals ***

Serious=super Bowl contenders only? Getting Gordon back helps the running game. No more 8 men in the box.

    Hill gives browns props

"They didn't do anything special to me," Hill continued. "I mean, respect to them, they won the game. But that's all I'll give them." So it didn't take anything special for Hill and the rest of the Bengals to look horrible in front of a national audience and play one of their worst games of the season? Bengals must really suck then. Going down hill fast. No pun intended.
