David Helsel, the superintendent of Blue Mountain School District in Schuylkill County, said at a state House Education Committee hearing on school safety this week that his district's classrooms are equipped with 5-gallon buckets of river rocks. "If an armed intruder attempts to gain entrance to any of our classrooms, they will face a classroom full of students armed with rocks," he said. "And they will be stoned." posty 2,296 Posted March 24, 2018 This really isn't that bad of an idea... If you are shooter and you go into a classroom and you have objects flying at you (like rocks or golf balls), I don't think I would want to stay in that room...

If you are shooter and you go into a classroom and you have objects flying at you (like rocks or golf balls), I don't think I would want to stay in that room... replace that idea with guns and you see how simple it really is what I find funny is that this seems like a left idea, but it all comes back to the 2nd amendment, everyone should have the right to protect themselves with any means possible. It's something they can do collectively to alter the outcome rather than cower and hope.

However, we have multiple instances of armed cops with Kevlar cowering and hoping against active Shooters even when those Shooters aren't anywhere near the armed cops. With that in mind, I'm imagining the first bullet there aren't a whole lot of 6 year olds to be playing David versus Goliath.

Six year olds prolly couldn't put enough mustard on it to do much damage.

Those street kids focked up tough Slovakian mofos using only rocks. And they did it for candy, not self defense. Edit: here's the clip...
