Mike Honcho 4,010 Posted November 12, 2018 So there was 4 inches of snow on the ground when I woke up on Saturday. The funny thing was watching my new neighbor shoveling all of it first thing in the morning...cause by 2 most of it had melted away. He'll learn. On this day in 1910, the 1st possible movie stunt occured: man jumps into the Hudson river from a burning balloon. I'm guessing it was proceeded by the director talking about the stunt in a bar and some guy saying "hold my beer"

dain11279 927 Posted November 12, 2018 I see my neighbors do that all the time, there's really no need to shovel when it's gonna melt in 3 hours
fandandy 3,311 Posted November 12, 2018 Not the same but kinda related. My across the road neighbor is a leaves nazi. He bought one of those DR leaf vacs and the first sign of a leaf on his lawn he is riding around on his mower sucking them up, dumping them into piles and burning them. Every time I see him out there I shake my head and think why don't you just do like me and wait til they blow into your neighbor's yard?

Wait are you the guy who lives behind me with the 4 oak trees, (I have NO trees in my yard) who never has to rake because the prevailing winds always dumps 8-10 bags of leaves into my yard every year.
