Might be just the break Joe Williams needs to succeed. Hope another team has the foresight to grab him.

Holding on to the ball has thus far been his downfall....which is fixable. Injuries are flukey. The man can play.

Remember, Alex Collins was cut too.

What does it stay about Coleman that he can't crack the Bills WR group?

It says that he was highly overrated coming outta Baylor.

It says that the Browns had another first round bust, but that they were at least smart enough to get SOMETHING for him....even if it was only a 7th rounder.

(and that the Bills are suckers?)

It just reinforces the axiom that at the NFL level talent alone isn't nearly enough to promote success. Sashi Brown, who drafted him was a numbers guy, and obviously failed miserably in his assessment of what makes a good nfl receiver.

I believe Coleman hated being traded to the BILLS, and had a crappy attitude. On the right team he could flourish, dude has skills

That's crazy. They may wear Burk and James White out out with passes

The pats also cut down to 52... Speculation they will look to fill that last spot with a WR cut from another team or possible trade?

Martavis Dez Bryant!!

I think the Patriots way is more toward malcontents that they can fix rather than washed up players who want a lot of money. Although, did Martavis Bryant test positive again? Didn't know he was in trouble until this thread, or rather the other thread about it.

Heres a crazy fooking thought... the Patriots are relatively horrible this season go like 8-8 at best, and completely miss the playoffs. The era is so fooking over.

Their RBs arent great, WR are worse, Brady is 48 years old, and the Kraft/Belichick relationship is on the outs. Im surprised more people arent talking about this... it was the end of an era when they lost the SB last season. Theyre not going back. The tourch was suppose to be passed to JAX, but they did everything possible to lose that AFC Championship game. Its fooking over. The complete division is trash, but wouldnt be surprised if MIA wins it at like 10-6. Im not anti-Patriots, but am tired of reading about this team... besides Brady/Belichick, there is no difference between the Pats and the rest of this mediocre division. Did I mention its over? Its fooking over!

i read somewhere else that it was pretty public knowledge that coleman was closing hotspots down in cleveland...and dorsey and co. knew about it...and even sat him down to discuss it but things didnt get much better

also by trading him they put the cap hit of releasing him off on buffalo
