I have no other choices because of Byes this week. I have Mostert going tonight, but can I trust him. My other option would be to drop him and play Bibbs and hoping Thompson doesn't play. This is a PPR league. Thoughts?
Does anyone know of a good site to go to that will show you the best cornerbacks and who they played in the past and how they did? I know you should never play someone like Dez Bryant against Patrick Peterson for example. I know you don't want a player up against Sherman or Talib. But I would like to see what the WRs did against these guys in the past.
I like the team. I think Charles is gonna have a great year (as long as Jones doesn't get in the way) and I also think Best will be the next Ray Rice. But having those WRs in a PPR league is KEY!!!
Also, my keepers are Gore and Randy Moss. 6 points per TD for QB, RB, and WR. 1 point per reception, 1 point per 10 yards carry or reception. We start 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 W/R, 1 TE, 1 K, and 1 Def/ST.
Here is my situation. I am in a 12 team keeper league and everyone gets to keep two players. There is a team that has Chris Johnson, Aaron Rodgers, and Steven Jackson. He can only keep two of those guys. I am the first pick and am hoping to get Aaron Rodgers as my first pick. But if he keeps Johnson and Rodgers, is Steven Jackson my obvious first pick? Keep in mind, this is a PPR league. I am just not sure Jackson will get enough TDs or catches.
Here are some other guys that I know will be available:
-Jamaal Charles (now not sure about Thomas Jones becoming the starter)
-Ryan Mathews (unproven rookie)
-Arian Foster
-Jahvid Best
-Ryan Grant
-Marques Colston
Another team has DeAngelo Williams, Tom Brady, and Rashard Mendenhall. Again he can only keep 2. Would any of these guys be ranked higher in a PPR league than the ones listed above?
My first instinct is that if he keeps Rodgers and Johnson, I am gonna grab Mathews.
