My league does schedules two "Position Weeks". After week six is complete, week seven we have based on standings, a position week where Team 1 vs 2, 3 vs 4, 5 vs 6...... so on and so on. After week 11, we do the same thing based on standings. Its kind on nice especially the last week cause if your in the middle of the pack you get a chance to play your competition and win your in lose your out.

we use decimal point system based on the standard 300 yards passing 100 yards rushing 100 yards receiving it goes like this 3 yards passing = .1 point 1 yard rushing = .1 point 1 yard receiving = .1 point works out pretty fair

I would think that he might of possibly made other cheating mistakes earlier in the season and just to avoid being a repeat offender. He just deleted the whole season. He is definately lying about the whole "I've never seen that screen before. Anyone who has owned a computer for more than a week has seen something similar to this. The guy is full of it.

Well, I personally would out him to the league. Not because Im 9-3 but because he is cheating someone else out of a play-off spot. I don't think that the league has to be disolved but what he is doing should be corrected and move on. I absolutely would not let him commish that league any longer.
