    The Dynasty Q&A thread

So you are saying that in a dynasty league that a starting QB is a lower value than a guy who will be RBBC at best this year? Then at #5 another RBBC guy. Currently I think the defensive players are going to have the quickest impact besides the QBs and maybe Richardson.

    The Dynasty Q&A thread

Opinions I have the 1.04 in the rookie draft coming up the next couple of months.I don't think I will be able to jump up to get Richardson (prob will go in the top 2 MAYBE 3) and I really don't need a QB. Are there any DEs out there I need to keep an eye on come NFL draft day that would be worth the fourth pick or should I try to trade down? Maybe I'm wrong but I think the top 4 players currently are Blackmon, Richardson, Luck and RG3 but I only need Richardson and I just don't think he will be there. Thanks

    who to start?

I would start Dillon because Maroney won't be there. This might be his only start however. After that it would be a toss up. Almost a coin flip. My coin says R. Brown. Yours might have different results. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=229152

    Trade Help

He normally ends up second or third in his division. That would mean a pick somewhere between 6-12.

Big trade just offered to me

that is almost a no brainer to me. I would do it unless the league is a dynasty league. Mine http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=229152

    Drew Brees or Steve McNair?

Personally I would get rid of McNair as much as that pains me. I personally think that Brees will be throwing to bring his team back into a game. His defence is terrible and I think they will be behind quite a bit (see Ari). McNair is a better QB IMO however with the defense they have I would think that they will be running the ball more. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=229152

    Trade Help

I have two trades on the table and I can't decide if I should take either or neither. I was hoping I could get some ideas. First I play in a dynasty league with IDP and we only draft rookies every year. Second the trade offers. KGB for Javon Walker (Walker's on my team and I have some WR depth) or KGB + Willy Parker + 1st round pick in '07 for Carnell Williams Quick note about my team. I am RB strapped (Williams, R. Johnson and W. Lundy are my only starters) and have a little depth at WR (Mi. Clayton, Ward, Horn, Fitzgerald, Walker, R. White and V Davis (TE)). My DL starters are J. Kearse, A Schobel, Aaron Smith, Bryant Young and Jared Allen (could start 3 or 4). KGB could help out my DL but I am on the fence right now. Any opinions?

    Large Keeper Leagues

The league that I am running is similar to the one you speak of. We carry 35 players on our active roster and 7 on a practice squad. With those players there is also a salary cap and contract cap. Our players have contracts with performance increases and yearly salary increases. We don't "keep" players because we have contracts. Once a contract is up the player can become a free agent or be resigned by your team again. We play IDP and the only position we don't have currently is offensive linemen. Pretty much we have tried to replicate the NFL GM job in fantasy football. We have been together for 6 years now but nowhere near 20. That is quite amazing!

    Dynasty RB Opinions

I am in a dynasty league with IDP and all the trimmings. So far I am pretty deep on players except two positions (QB and RB). I currently have Carnell Williams and Rudi Johnson as my two starters with only Chris Perry as my olny other RB on my roster. My QB's are Carson Palmer, David Carr and Aaron Rodgers (Carr and Palmer have the same bye week). I need depth and can get a couple of players through free agency. So my question is who should I go after? My RB options are Marion Barber, Mike Bell and Lee Suggs. I think Bell and Suggs will have a higher interest level so I will most likely will have to overpay to get one. The QB options are Marc Brunell and Aaron Brooks. I am just looking for opinions as to who I should push to get. Thanks Jeremy Hill "All Us" Commish
