stuartmccowan 0 Posted September 1, 2007 Established (15+ years) league in West-Northwest suburbs of Chicago needs 3 to 5 more owners to join the 5 original members. Draft is scheduled for Tuesday night, but remote owners are welcome - in addition to the live draft party we'll have a conference call line set-up for remote callers. Of course, if you live in the Chicago area, you're free to join us in person! NOTE: This is not a keeper league - we redraft every year so everyone gets a fresh start (keeper leagues are for suckers...). This is also a points-only league: there's a prize for 1st/2nd/3rd for the regular season AND a small pot for the real playoffs as well (keeps it interesting all the way to the Super Bowl). That is why we play this game right...? Buy-in is $300 and all money is paid out to the winners (except for $40 some odd dollars to buy beer and pizza for the draft party every year...). We've been using Fanball Commissioner for the week-to-week management of the league and it's worked well. Time is running short, so let me know asap - we're shooting for an 8 or 10 man league.
