  1. fleaflicker, custom scoring check it out.. http://www.fleaflicker.com/showLeague.do?leagueId=20393
  2. I dont know, will you be a man and nut up when you are wrong about him being the #1 back? I think there is no chance he outscores lt barring injury, and very little chance (15%) he outscores sjax...

    LT at no. 1

You may be able to get lamont jordan or jamal lewis in that 4/5 round slot.. both have looked great in the preseason and you dont need a stud with tomlinson at rb to win the position every week..

Things we may have learned from this weekend

Jamal Lewis looks like a steal to me, running hard and breaking tackles again.. looks fresh.. gets a chance to catch some passes in the cleveland system Lamont Jordan looks a TON better then he looked last season.. could be a major steal A Green looks solid.. maybe a dominique davis type year for him?? Maroney got alot of chances, but didnt look as good as he did last season, gets tackled by first guy alot doesnt push forward for extra yardage like last season Lee Evans has Losmans undivided attention it would seem a great year coming Saints offense is going to be insane everytime I look they are in scoring position again -- Rivers looked excellent to me, and vincent jackson looks like a true #1 wr, could be in the 75-80 catch range for 1100 yds and 10+ tds Rivers in the 3500+ yard club with over 20 tds.. which is insane with LT grabbing 18+ again

    CBS Sportsline Waiver Process

we use cbs sportsline, a buddy of mine runs a mini auction program on his homepage, and we auction our players on his site everyone gets 100$ for waiver bids over the season, and you get 10$ every time you lose added to your money, and 5$ when you win.. seems to work great. the commish then goes in and adds the players you win to your roster and removes the guy you want to drop. We have been doing it this way for a long time works much better then any other system I have seen. Works great in conjunction with our auction system..

auction value of lt or sj or anyone...

I did my auction last weekend, we have 240$ for 24 roster spots.. its a 10 man league and we start 2qb,3rb,4wr,1te,1k,1def .. what I found and its usually what happens is that upper tier rbs go for a ton.. tomlinson 84 Jackson 78 Gore 67 -- minor bargain here Johnson 64 Addai 64 Parker 58 Westbrook 57 R Johnson 60 -- was the last big rb left over value - Maroney 56 Bush 55 R Brown 50 T Henry 56* McGahee 51* I over payed for mcgahee I had him valued around 45 but I only had henry and needed another solid back and he was close to the last guaranteed non rbbc back left wide receivers were a value, but its hard to win without solid rbs holt - 21* Wayne 19 S smith 25 Owens 20 C Johnson 23 Boldin 19 Housh 14 -- real bargain here wish I had more money at this point Harrison 18 Williams 19 Fitz 16 driver 10 rb bargains were available too.. on the lower tier backs warrick dunn -7 L Jordan 10 A Green 22 C Brown 4 C Taylor 5 J Lewis 27* looks real solid in preseason better then I remember him in recent years in balt my suggestion would be to save money towards the latter part of the auction, and dont worry about high level backs going early if one looks like a deal bid, like henry -- I think hes a top 5 and I paid 10th most for him.. for the most part dont worry too much about receivers, I wish I could have not overbid on Maroney lots of bargains later that I could have used that money on (L Jordan for 10$) and more quality recivers and backup rbs

    Brees or Bulger?

I dont think it really matters, you cant go wrong with either... if you have to choose Drew Brees has slightly better numbers in a 3 year average so rank brees slightly higher..
  8. Heres my RB and WR and TE draft board of whats left, let me know what you think and if you see any guys that should move up or down.. Ronnie Brown

Ronnie Brown is a talented back, he breaks lots of tackles runs through and around people... unfortunately with his offensive line (and they are truly offensive) he ends up breaking several tackles in the backfield.. I think he can get 1000 yds rushing 300 receiving on his natural talent.. but 8 tds is about his high end im afraid if your in a ppr league he might end up just outside the top 10, because hes likely to catch 50+ passes but until they improve the offensive line I wouldnt be confident about him getting higher then top 15-20
  10. tru_blu

    Would U be happy w/ a platoon situation for u'r #2RB

I actually dont think Jamal Lewis would be bad this season as long as you have a strong supporting cast like s jackson then 2 real solid wrs.. he looked really good to me in the last preseason game, ran hard broke some tackles. I think he could get 1200-1300 total yards with 7 or so tds and perhaps even get some catches this year

    Peterson or MJD

in a keeper league with ppr who would you rather have? my take Peterson - now - tons of talent great line but splitting carries and no info on catches, goal line carries etc future - great potential could be a Alexander in his prime type back for many seasons, still no info on making catches jones-drew - now - tons of talent lots of catches and tds splitting time with fraud but with past experience fraud is only 50-50 not to miss a couple games with injury.. future - when fraud retires could be great.. westbrook with better rushing in a ppr league
  12. tru_blu

    Clinton Porits or Edge James

    take jones-drew thank me later
  13. I would keep rivers and kitna.. kitna has by far the most upside.. you know in that offense hes gonna throw and throw and well you get the idea. Rivers isnt gonna go down in flames barring injury he will be a solid weekly producer.. and romo somewhere in between, why not take a solid qb and the one with the highest upside with the other?
  14. tru_blu

    Gore or Adrian Peterson?

wheres MJD ? should be above maroney I would think.. he was most likely better last year then Maroney will ever be, and when taylor is gone the love really starts
  15. tru_blu

    lee evans or branch

dont you love going into a post, and find that someone just said exactly the correct info and you can just copy and paste and congratulate them on their insight?
