Most of them tested at about mid to high - eighty % levels. (DNA, genetic testing, whatever). Subway? Less than 50%. The results were such an outlier that they sampled five more from Subway alone. - Even worse. Apparently, the rest was allegedly 'soy'. Another reason to skip that place. Jimmy Johns is good but I could never get them deliver to my house in San Antonio. Was 1.6 miles away from them but was "too far and out of their radius" for them to deliver to me. I pretty much never eat subs anymore unless I'm stuck in an airport with no better options, so I'm not up on what the latest trends are. I do hear good things about Firehouse. Unfortunately there aren't any in Seattle area, but I've had a few of their subs while on extended business trips.
