Her notes were in no way bad, exposed a small amount of cost data, that's it. I MEANT to forward the email to the customer, take her notes out, and add mine. I essentially reiterated what my analyst said, in my own words. So not the end of the world. But man is that a rookie f up. I'll be pissed about it for a while. But nothing i can do now.
