The punt team do get credit for a DFR because it is the same thing as a muffed punt catch and recovered by the punting team. Even though there is a block, but the ball went past the LOS, which would be like a regular punt. Ross touch the ball, which is the same as muffed catch. Therefore, the SD defense is credited with a DFR. I 'm hoping I'm wrong because this 2 points might cost me the advance to the championship game.
