If you're a juror you shouldn't be focused on the defendants state of consciousness. You should focus on the FACTS of the case.

Court is boring, especially the mundane administrative junk they're going through now. I'd fall asleep too, intentionally.

NPR has suspended the editor who exposed them last week. Yep, can't speak the truth.

Not to get in the way of what I'm sure will be a fruitful exchange between you and whichever leftie you're currently engaged with, but these are the people who thought it was appropriate to stop a duly nominated SC justice from being confirmed based on an allegation that came out 30 years after high school from an accuser who couldn't remember when (within years) or where she was assaulted, and who's own named witnesses refuted her story.

I think they really started going downhill when Herb Kelleher died. May have started a bit prior to that as his role at the company diminished but, as with many places, when the visionary leaves the company suffers.

Don't group me in with anyone who invested in this. Was a dumb investment. There won't be any successful lawsuits. I'm sure Trump and his team followed all the relevant regulations. Unfortunately some people aren't savvy investors.
