Weather in Chicago. Downgrade panthers pass game?

I have funchess in a slot but see they're expecting rain and wind which is never good. My only other options are Krupp or martavus Bryant. I'd rather take a chance on some points vs none if the weather in Chicago is really that bad. Anyone else sitting cam, kelvin or funchess due to the weather forecast?
