Jaxie 0 Posted September 19, 2010 Non-PPR, standard scoring. Pick 1 Cutler @ DAL Flacco @ CIN Pick 1 Best v. PHI R. Brown @ MIN Pick 2 Nicks @ INDY Ocho v. Balt Megatron v. PHI Flacco... Give him another shot against a defense other than the Jets Brown... Best is still unproven to me and the Minnie D gave up quite a bit to Pierre Thomase in the 2nd half last week Ocho & Megatron... The Giants SHOULD take a page out of the Texans' book and run all over Indy this week
Jaxie 0 Posted September 19, 2010 Moreno vs Seattle or Jahvid Best vs Philadelphia Thanks! I say Moreno... He looked decent vs. Jax in Week 1 and I'm not sold on Best yet, especially with no Stafford in the game
Ruckusmh 1 Posted September 19, 2010 I can start Nicks or Mike Williams (TB) at WR3 today, but I'm not sure if Nicks will play because of injury, does anyone have more info? I have a fairly close matchup. Suggestions?
panthro 0 Posted September 19, 2010 Benson's vs. Baltimore or Brandon Jackson vs. Bills? Jackson has a huge potential upside, but is still a bit of a wild-card. Benson did well against Baltimore last season, but they have a nasty run defense.

I like Jackson better today personally and I'm backing it up because I'm doing the same thing! hahah.

I have a fairly close matchup. Suggestions? I don't have any more info than you do on Nicks, but I'd start Williams anyway. If the Giants are smart, they'll run the ball vs. the Indy defense, which leaves little need for Nicks as a threat to stretch the field (and they won't use him if for that they don't need to). I'm rolling with Nicks mainly because I have to though.

Baltimore's D was impressive vs. the Jets last week and Buffalo is terrible. Also, thanks for the help Ruckus!

Jaxie 0 Posted September 19, 2010 pick1 Collie Harvin Sims-walker Pick 1 Charles or Bradshaw I had a similar dilemma with Collie this week and still went with him... I'm not going to advise against what I did myself. Your 2nd choice is more difficult, but I still think you can't sit Bradshaw after what Houston did to the Colts D last week. I've also got him active over Pierre Thomas and Ronnie Brown this week.
Jaxie 0 Posted September 19, 2010 mcnabb vs. hou. or orton vs. sea. or vick @ det.? i need to choose 1! standard scoring. As much as it pains me, I think you have to go with Vick here. That match-up is just too sweet.

Stieve WR - I'd have to take Steve Smith of the NYG @ WR instead of Nicks this week... I have Nicks and am rolling with him, but would rather have Smith if I could. I think the Giants will run the ball and may not need Nicks. With his ankle injury I don't think they'll use him heavily if they don't have to. Flex - Ouch. Tough match-ups for you there. I'd love to give Greene another shot here, but the Pats D looked good last week. Hillis vs. KC is intriguing, and with Delhomme out I think Cleveland will rely on the run more. I'd go with that. CajunBadger 6 Posted September 19, 2010 Team1: Benson or Cadillac at RB, DJax, Ward, Floyd, Cadillac @ Flex? Team2: Cadillac, S. Moss, or Bowe @ Flex? And can't believe - still back of mind wondering about picking up Vick over Favre. Thanks!
drewtangdmb 0 Posted September 19, 2010 Folks: I have to start 3 WR and one WR/RB flex I have Rice and Matthews at RB - Peyton Hillis on bench My WR options are: Bowe, Garcon, Clayton, Malcolm Floyd and Gafney Right now I am going with Bowe, Garcon, Floyd at WR and Clayton at Flex This is a ppr league Anyone think I should put either Gafney or Hillis into the lineup somehow? Leave your link so I can help you out Thanks I don't claim to be an expert, but sometimes all you need is a sounding board or someone to confirm what you're thinking in the first place or give you another viewpoint. kostnkost 2 Posted September 19, 2010 Hillis or Best - non PPR Hillis has a very good match up and Best has a rough one although I like Best because he can catch the ball out of the backfield. This is a non PPR league but I still like Bests' chance at breaking one. Should Hillis get any consideration in the one?

Team 1: Cadillac over Benson (I'm not playing anyone vs. Baltimore's D this week) DJax at Flex... and man I hope I'm right about that one Team 2: Cadillac... I'm more a fan of using RBs at Flex when possible

Leave your link so I can help you out Thanks I would definitely get Hillis in the line up somewhere. Garcon looked like crap last week, so maybe take him out, roll with Boe, Floyd & Clayton at WR and Hillis at flex. I think that's what I would do.

Jaxie 0 Posted September 19, 2010 Witten vs. Chicago or Cooley vs. Houston? PPR. Thanks! Those are some good TE options... I think Romo is desperate to get in sync with his offense, and who better to help him with that than his best friend Jason Witten? That's what I'd do, but both of them are really good options this week!
giraldi02 470 Posted September 19, 2010 PPR flex w/ return yards Cadillac Williams, Shonn Greene, Jacoby Jones, Mike Williams (TB) Need to choose just one...I'm leaning towards Caddy, but just want to see other opinions as well
Jaxie 0 Posted September 19, 2010 What about hightower or Gore (vs. NO)? I make it a habit not to advise anyone to bench their studs, so I'd go with Gore... but I see the potential for Hightower here.
Jaxie 0 Posted September 19, 2010 PPR flex w/ return yards Cadillac Williams, Shonn Greene, Jacoby Jones, Mike Williams (TB) Need to choose just one...I'm leaning towards Caddy, but just want to see other opinions as well I'd have to go with Caddy here too... I like RBs in the flex spot more than WRs (as I said before). With your return yardage possibilities that makes Jacoby an interesting prospect, but he hasn't shown enough in game at WR for me to put him over Caddy just yet.
