lesjroza 70 Posted August 29, 2012 I caught a tweet the other day that Luck had been moved up into Rotoworld's top 10 dynasy players.... OVERALL! Not top 10 QBs, top ten overall. I am curious if anybody has access top the pay rankings and can confirm. I would also be curious to know just their top 12 overall. I also saw Luck go in the 2nd round of a (start 1QB) dynasty startup draft the other day. Too much love now?
Kopy 489 Posted August 29, 2012 I would put Criner over Streeter. Keiland Williams. I like Criners prospects myself. But he was drafted in our rookie draft.

Kopy 489 Posted September 5, 2012 Would you trade MDJ and Rashad Jennings for Trent Richardson? I'm thinking no, however if Richardson is the next Peterson like 9 out of 10 people keep predicting, I'd hate lose out on the kid knowing I could've had him from day 1. Tough call for me. Can anyone offer up what they'd do? For a little background. It's a 12 teamer ppr. league. My teams the middle of the pack type team. Not a top 3 powerhouse. But certainly not old or in the need to rebuild.

MJD is going to outscore T-rich this year I am pretty confident about that, but are you going to win this year? I think this will be that last time your going to get that offer and I am a big believer in Trich so I would be all over that! curious what other think about this though, maybe I'm too in love
Kopy 489 Posted September 5, 2012 Definitly an offer I'm torn on. Just not sure which way to go.
Ditka vs. ______ 0 Posted September 5, 2012 I'd take this trade too. MJD is on the downside of his career, and the opportunities to upgrade will be fewer and fewer. Jennings is a handcuff, not the future. Like 420 posted, you may take a step backwards in year 1, but from that point on you'll be on a gravy train with biscuit wheels. lesjroza 70 Posted October 25, 2012 Bringing this thread back toward the front because trade dealines will be coming up soon in many leagues. I have 2 leagues where the deadline is actually this week on Saturday evening. I owned Andre Johnson in 2 leagues and decided to move him in both. I think it made sense for my roster and situation in both leagues and I know if you own him your assesment of your roster matters but here is what I ended up getting for him in case you are considering the same move. In one league I traded Andre Johnson straight up for Greg Jennings. In the other I traded Andre + 2nd round pick next year for P. Garcon + 1st round pick next year. Ignore it, discuss it, or bring up some other move you want to make if you think it might help. Let's help each other out here people!

But when it comes to Dynasties more than any other format. I've learned to each their own when it comes to player evaluations. If you feel that strong about Jennings, and then Garcon, then it's your call.
Kopy 489 Posted November 3, 2012 Now that we're into november. Does anyone have any early rankings for this upcoming draft class? I know it's early, but now's as a good as time as any to get one going, or even just give your opinions on some eligable kids out there. I know that Lattimore injury really put a ding into some of our projections. Gotta feel bad for the kid too. Everything I've ever read about him seems like he was a decent kid. No trouble really followed him. He's gonna miss out on one heck of a pay day. I hope he at least gets to play again in some capacity.

Below is a link for the CBS prospect rankings and they can be sorted for QB,RB,WR, and TE in case anyone wants to take a look and discuss. I will throw out this absolutely ridiculous prediction. The 2013 offensive rookie of the year will be CBS #15 ranked RB prospect New England Patriot RB Kenjon Barner I can't shake the feeling that the Patriots after installing a Oregon type up-tempo offense this year draft this kid way too high in the 3rd or 4th round and he rips up the league between the 20s and renders all Patriot RBs completely useless. I mean this is an odd premonition in the back of my mind which actually stopped me from trading for S. Ridley in one dynasty league where I had the opportunity at a very acceptable price and needed a solid depth RB. Ridiculous thought I know, and it would take an almost impossible set of circumstances for this to come true but...... http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/prospectrankings
Kopy 489 Posted November 3, 2012 Oregon has 2 backs that are just great kids to watch at the moment. My only hang up is that their just so small. Same feeling I had with James this past draft. I know the NFL is becoming a specialist and small back speed league, but I still havn't come around to it yet. I still like my 3 down backs, and that tends to really throw off my rankings to this day (and alot of time recently, for the wrong). I have the same feeling out of that kid from Clemson. He's exciting to watch, but man is he just a small built back. The kind of kid for speed that I shy away from.
