Mike FF Today 607 Posted February 27, 2015 Falcons have cleared up some cap room after release veteran RB Steven Jackson and WR Harry Douglas. Jackson still wants to play saying "Make no mistake: I can still punish a defense. I still have a warrior's heart. There are 1,000-yard seasons left in these legs. I know what I am still capable of, and I have every intention of proving it." At age 32 (in July), I can't see him being more than part of a committee. Vikings4ever 496 Posted February 27, 2015 Kind of surprised by Douglas. He filled in nicely in 2013, and probably would have put up decent numbers last year if he weren't gimpy most of the year.

Splendid words. : ) No matter what he ends up doing next with his life, long may the warrior's heart reign.
