They removed the bullet from his stomach, which they said was deteriorating due to having a bullet lodged in him for 20 years or so. And it isn't a choke up scene..But the scene where the NAtural is in the maternity ward, and Glenn CLose is there..and he just looks at her quick and says "God I love baseball" I loved that line because there was a time when I felt the same way. Something about that sport. I don't see someone saying god I love BB, Football, golf, tennis etc...with the same passion. And I mean as a player. I was a far greater basketball player...but that first love is baseball. I actually leave this Saturday for the Cubs Fantasy Camp down in Mesa.
