Ingram is a top 10 play on most sites. I am rolling with him out of necessity b/c my options are not as good as yours like Darkwa, Doug Martin, Gio Bernard and Mixon on my bench at the moment. With your line up I would go with these 3:
McCoy
Ingram
Fournette
Miller over Fournette is a very good option as Seattle's run defense is legit. I just have a hard time trusting Lamar Miller anymore.

I'm facing the same dilemma. My choses come down to whoever plays between Bernard and Mixon. Right now I'm going with Ingram but will keep an eye on all reports right up to game time
