12 team league. I can get him for a 4th rounder, pick 4.02. Is this still a bargain considering his injury this preseason?

12 team league, can keep one player every year per position and you lose your draft pick two rounds higher than the previous year. I have Dom Davis, injured and all. I can keep him for a 4th round pick. It would be pick 4.02. Should I or Should I not gamble on him there? Thanks
