INVESTIGATIVE SUMMARY

Findings of Misconduct by an FBI Special Agent for Contacting Witnesses for an Improper

Purpose, Divulging Law Enforcement Sensitive Information to Unauthorized Individuals,

Providing Misleading Testimony, Providing False Information to the OIG, Mishandling

Classified Information, and Misusing Government Devices and his Position

The Department of Justice (DOJ) Office of the Inspector General (OIG) initiated this

investigation after receiving information from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI),

Inspection Division, alleging that an FBI Special Agent (SA), who has since retired, may have

contacted witnesses during a federal criminal investigation for an improper purpose.

The OIG found that the SA contacted individuals who he either knew were, or had reasonable

belief would be witnesses in the criminal investigation and that the SA’s contacts with several

individuals appeared to be designed to improperly influence their prospective testimony.

Accordingly, the OIG concluded that the SA’s contacts with the witnesses were improper and

constituted misconduct.

During the investigation, the OIG also found that the SA divulged law enforcement sensitive

information to unauthorized individuals; misused his government issued electronic devices;

provided misleading testimony during a related civil deposition; mishandled classified

information; misused his position during contacts with local law enforcement officers; and

provided false information to the OIG. Criminal prosecution of the SA was declined.

The OIG has completed its investigation and provided its report to the FBI.

McCabe? Is he now cooperating?

Reports are that the FBI was spying on Cohen prior to kicking down his doors and storming his house and office.

Unbelievable.

Mueller and his gang of storm troopers need to be electrocuted.

Odds are Rosenstein signed off on it.

They're desperately trying to find something to save themselves.

With the IG report looming 2 key Comey FBI aides resign on Friday.

WASHINGTON — Two top F.B.I. aides who worked alongside the former director James B. Comey as he navigated one of the most politically tumultuous periods in the bureau’s history resigned on Friday.

One of them, James A. Baker, served as the F.B.I.’s top lawyer until December when he was reassigned as the new director, Christopher A. Wray, began installing his own advisers. Mr. Baker had been investigated by the Justice Department on suspicion of sharing classified information with reporters. He has not been charged.
The other aide, Lisa Page, advised Mr. Comey and his deputy, Andrew G. McCabe, on a range of legal issues. She was assailed by conservatives after texts that she had exchanged with the agent overseeing the investigation into links between President Trump’s campaign and Russia were made public. In the messages, they expressed anti-Trump views but took aim at Hillary Clinton and other political figures as well.

Will be interesting to see if either of them are charged or cooperate as the case unfolds.

Mueller gets ###### slapped by another federal judge

https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/judge-hands-small-defeat-to-mueller-team-in-russian-troll-farm-case

Special counsel Robert Mueller’s team was handed a defeat Saturday when a judge rejected their request to postpone the first court hearing regarding charges against several Russian companies and Russian citizens that they charge with attempting to use social media to meddle in the 2016 election.

An arraignment was scheduled for Wednesday for Concord Management and Consulting, one of the three Russian companies Mueller accused of contributing to a Russian troll farm operation to spread discord online during the presidential contest.
Mueller's team asked for a delay on Friday because it was unclear whether the firm had formally accepted the court summons for the case, but U.S. District Court Judge Dabney Friedrich, an appointee of President Trump, denied that request in a brief order Saturday. No explanation was given for the decision, according to Politico.
Mueller's prosecutors on Friday revealed that two of Concord's attorneys made multiple discovery requests seeking nonpublic details related to the Russia investigation, an effort which had been included in the request to put the arraignment on hold.
In response to the request by Mueller's prosecutors, Concord's attorneys said the defendant "voluntarily appeared through counsel as provided for in [federal rules]" and denied any push to "quash" the summons. They also accused Mueller's team of not replying to all of the discovery requests and of attempting to "usurp the scheduling authority of the Court."
Concord has named in an indictment obtained by Mueller that was announced by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who is overseeing Mueller’s probe, in February.

Recap:

-Mueller has nothing on Trump after 18 months of investigating by the FBI and Special Counsel

-Mueller indicts 13 Russian Twitter Trolls to justify the witch hunt, assuming none of them will show up for court

-Twitter Trolls hire attorneys and are prepared for their court date next week

-Mueller tries to postpone so he can fabricate some evidence real quick

-Judge tells Mueller to put up or shut up

In the past 10 days:

-Mueller postpones the sentencing of Flynn, a guy who pleaded guilty (despite Comey saying that he never lied and the judge being forced off the case), for a second time

-Federal judge calls out Mueller investigation of Manafort as a baseless witch hunt

-Second federal judge refuses Mueller's request to postpone the court date of the Russian Twitter Trolls

Slapped around? A judge made a decision with no explanation and you call that being slapped around? You should read up more in how many times Manaforts requests have been denied if you think this was some example of being slapped around.

You willfully ignorant troll.

Also no judge called it a baseless witch hunt...thats your lie.

I have..though this post by Rock wasnt about that...Ellis was rough on both sides of you read the actual thing.

And if you look at the history of the case and Manaforts attempts that have been denied by the courts...youd see more of what aim saying. But Im guessing you both will remain willfully ignorant.

So to recap...at this point in 2018 you still think there is collusion between Trump and the Russians? Yes or no?

Donald Trump himself? No, I have stated from the beginning Im not sure it ever reaches up to him other than knowledge of what was happening.

Trump campaign? Yes, I think there is plenty out there already known showing this plus whatever Mueller has uncovered.

why would he need time to provide evidence for the trolls ? They're already indicted, no? Shouldn't he have it already ?

“Engage people with what they expect; it is what they are able to discern and confirms their projections. It settles them into predictable patterns of response, occupying their minds while you wait for the extraordinary moment — that which they cannot anticipate.”

Trump is a master of it and has been doing it since before the election.

Remember when Shonuff and the rest of the spice girls scoffed at the notion that Trump was wire tapped? Turns out they had a spy (s) as well. Good job ladies.
