Yeah I mean it’s a basic breach of contract. You agreed to pay X for this flight from here to here at this date and time. They did not perform the contract as agreed. The real issue is materiality. Obviously a few minutes is whatever but hours and hours or days? That’s a significant difference for most people, especially with connecting flights

I also can’t stand Dave Matthews but I disagree bigly on U2. They do have some mediocre junk out there simply due to too much volume, but they’re great stuff is truly great imo

As a Pats fan, I super duper want Daniels but understand we will probably have to “settle” for Maye. I think Maye will be very good but he is certainly less polished. Fortunately they did go out and get Brisset so Maye wouldn’t have to start day one. If they draft McCarthy I’m destroying my tv. I actually do think he’s a good mid or late first round pick but at #3 fock that. Now a trade down, I could accept that. Word is they want Minnys two firsts this year plus next year plus 2026. That’s probably too much to ask but I’d accept a little less, especially if they aren’t 100% sold on Maye (and assuming Daniels goes to WAS)

False. A “boy band” is one where the boys are selected and put together by a producer, who basically controls everything about the band. Also their music is written by other people who are simply trying to appeal to the greatest number of people. In other words, there is nothing real or organic about them

That’s a stupid argument. Donald Trump is known all over the country so there’s no reason to change the venue on that basis. It will be just as hard to find twelve jurors who’ve never heard of him in Nashville as it would be in New York. Bottom line you don’t like that NY is blue, and like sqisition said, that is not, and never has been, a basis for changing venue.
