wiffleball 4,638 Posted January 15, 2018 Anybody watch this? I started like the first 10 minutes, unsure. I hate those dark, brooding psychological melodramas where 90% of the movie is people exchanging telling glances. "Oh, Mrs. Tootsbury, I did not know you were here." Quite" "Rather" "Indeed!" "So, I'll be off then, shall I?" "That would be best" "Quite" "Rather" "Indeed!" "Right then"

shotsup 832 Posted January 15, 2018 These. Both solid. Need to read the other books one of these days. The trilogy was solid. Focked up too. Author is dead. Someone recently wrote a fourth book adding to the story. I have not read that yet but plan to.

I read the one years ago and had every intention of reading the other two originals. Don't know why I haven't.

Mr Pickles 10 Posted January 15, 2018 I saw the original Swedish version with subtitles at Sundance and it was much much much better than the Hollywood liberal f@ggot version.

mighty_thor 115 Posted January 15, 2018 The chick in it is the one from The Social Network, definitely wood Rooney Mara. Something about her I find attractive but she isnt your typical Hollywood hottie. From a big time football family. Mother was a Rooney (Steelers) while father was a Mara (Giants). Most probably consider her sister Kate (also an actress) hotter.
