I would take Brown. In fact I took Brown #2 in my PPR Draft. In fact the guy drafting #3 was upset because he wanted Brown. Therefore, I say draft him. -

My team is a little weak and I am in need of added offense especially at WR. I have two trade offers in a keeper league. 1. Calvin Johnson for Alshon Jeffrey and Victor Cruz. 2. Calvin Johnson for Brandon Marshall and Reggie Wayne are any of these deals worthwhile.
