kutulu 1,542 Posted August 23, 2006 Can keep 2, 1 or zero players. Cost is whatever they cost last year or just a buck if they were obtained as a FA pickup. Salary cap is set at 120 dollars. Due to some early injuries (Deuce and Walker) I had to make some trades and lost what would be a no brainer in Ronnie Brown as a keeper for 9 dollars. I am torn though, do I use a nbig chunk of the cap before the draft on some quality keepers, but limiting my bidding ability at the draft or do I go cheap, hope for the best with those keepers, and be a major player early at the draft......or do I go cheap with one play and pay for quality with another player. I'm already sure I'll keep the max. of two players just not sure who. Anyway, the possibilities as I see them with cost are: Steven Jackson $27 Reggie Wayne $14 Donald Driver $5 Aaron Brooks $4 Thomas Jones $3 Alge Crumpler $3 Dom Rhodes $1 Big Ben $1 Gado $1 Any input is appreciated. TIA I like Wayne and Driver as good values. S Jackson is overpriced, but it depends on the availability of other RBs in the auction - if there aren't going to be any good ones you will have to overpay for him now.
