charlieturd 0 Posted August 23, 2006 I pick last in 12 man league.....so I would have picks 12,13,36,37,60,61,84,85,etc..... Someone has offered me picks 38 and 83 for picks 60 and 61. I would be able to draft 36,37,38 and then 83,84,85.....but it would be a long lay off. Do you guys think I should accept the trade? If you don't think the trade is good.....would a late round pick make it better? I could probably get another pick...probably.
pacman_fl 0 Posted August 23, 2006 1st off try this link for sanity purposes (trade evaluator tool) - http://footballguys.com/pickvalue.htm 2nd - I did and the team with 60/61 has the slight advantage. From a value standpoint, keep the picks. Now, if it's a live draft, maybe you make the deal so you have extra drinking time between picks.
Vilma=GOD 0 Posted August 23, 2006 I would do it You would get RB RB WR WR RB WR/TE/QB?
charlieturd 0 Posted August 23, 2006 Ummm.....I went to that site and it told me to make the trade. Anyone else have a thought? For those of you who say no....would a 10-17 round pick make it even? Also, if I could get pick #63 for picks 84 and 85.....would that be good?
envoy9 5 Posted August 23, 2006 Do the deal. The quality of players at #38 is still very strong. By the time you get into the 5-6th round there is a significant drop off.
charlieturd 0 Posted August 23, 2006 Ok.....thanks for the replies. Anyone else? I really would appreciate a few more opinions....
Me_2006 14 Posted August 23, 2006 In short: make the trade. The quality at 38 is MUCH better than it would be in the 60's. You're getting an extra early pick in exchange for what will likely be a backup WR or something. Thanks for the help on mine. Good luck.
