Look, I don't really have anything against the NRA. Gun control just isn't a big issue to me one way or the other. They want to protect their Second Amendment rights and I can respect that.

 

But this ad goes way, way over the line. What scum. Have they no shame?

 

It's also really stupid. Uh, yeah, I think there's maybe just a few more people out there who might try to harm the President's children specifically versus my (hypothetical) kids.

Importance is the question here. Why do some get armed security guards and others don't? ALL should be protected. Not just the presidents kids. All of our kids should.

 

What you are ignoring is my kids right to be protected as the presidents are. He's a man like me. He wakes up and knows his kids are ok. Mine.....sort of. He's not more important than you or I. Do you get that? My kids deserve the same protection that his do.
