i like crayton here being a romo owner. i tried snagging him off waivers, but someone beat me to it. buffalos secondary is terrible. i also like furrey if c. johnson is def out. im a white owner and will be forced to start him in my league since j. walker doesnt look like hes playing.

I'd stick to your guns and say smith/foster for LT2 or nothing. thanks for the response on mine.

lots of views and little help... bump

I agree w/ the last post about staying put. Detroit has no run game to speak of. maybe they won't win games, but w/ that offense you know they are throwing it. Brady is def a solid qb, but down the line, if NE has the playoffs locked up, Brady will be sitting on the sidelines or just feeding the ball to the the RBs once NE has a healthy lead in the games. RB depth is hard to find and you never know when one of your guys can go down. knock on wood. Mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=293468

Def go w/ Barber. I would expect that once DAL gets a decent lead early, they will start feeding Barber/Jones to wear down the clock probably throughout the 2nd and 3rd. Thompson will probably get junk carries in the 4th. mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=293468

I like Crayton and Jones. Buffalo and Chicago are both weak in the secondary right now, and Romo and Favre are throwing a lot. Possibly Bowe instead of Jones since he will def be targeted, but he'll probably see decent coverage since hes the only real receiver threat outside of Gonzalez. Def throw in Morris in at flex if Maroney is out. mine. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=293468

Here's the deal: Edge @ STL – pretty much a must start Portis vs DET – supposed to play, but has had knee issues Dayne vs MIA – might be a monster if green is out S. Young vs SD – might be a monster if henry is out K Jones @ WAS – has been getting more reps and scoring tds Betts vs DET – might be good if portis is out D. Williams @ NO – last resort Start 2 rbs. As you can see im pretty deep at RB. Edge is a definite, but I need help at RB2. Any thoughts? Will respond promptly to yours! The team i'm playing has P. Manning, LT, LJ and Gates, and has also won the Superbowl the last 3 years!!! i need this one. Thanks.

Team B seems slightly deeper and wins by a small margin if LT is somewhat contained or rested at some point against SEA. Ronnie Brown is expected to play so S. Morris loses some value. Team B has a better WR core. Other positions about equal.

I need some serious help here fellas. I’m in our superbowl game and my team is going up against the winner of the league the past 2 years. He has LT and LJ! seriously... Not only that, he has P. Manning, Colston, Walker and Gates. I need to stop him from winning his 3rd in a row and starting a dynasty. I have tiki who is a definite start, but my RB2 is still up in the air. This is what i have to work with: T. Jones vs DET D. Rhodes vs. HOU (just got off of WW!) R. Dayne vs. IND (just got off of WW!) B. Jacobs vs NO D. Williams vs ATL C. Portis (OUT!!!!!!!) Normally I would go w/ jones, but since Chicago has #1 locked up, he will def be losing carries to benson. Please help! Leave a link and I’ll answer yours.

i am in the exact same situation and i pulled out hasselbeck and am going to play it safe w/ romo.

stallworth has had the injury bug his whole career. and as an eagles fan, it kills me how little he has played so far. a lot of potential, but seems to be on the sidelines too much. yeah winslow is doing very well, but marvin is still a stud. id hold on to marvin or try to squeeze another wr in the trade instead of stallworth

t.o. and djax definately. as for rb, that is much tougher. jordan will def see a lot of touches as will morris and brown. but turner always ends up w/ great games even as a backup to LT. he's more risky.

Advice - Peyton & J. Jones 4 Hasselback & Larry Johnoson
trzan11 replied to dadog's topic in A Little Help!
i'd say pull the trigger on this one as well. hasselbeck is coming off of a bye week and their offense should be much tighter especially when alexander comes back. slight downgrade at qb, but huge upgrade at rb i'd say. -
well i got tiki going up against the falcons no. 2 rush defense and i got thomas jones against a weak cardinals team. my other rb is portis against tennessee. so tiki or jones? i'll comment on any of yours. thanks!
