It's not that he has the right to refuse a trade, it's just that what team will trade for him? The Dolphins will want something in return -AND- the other team will want Daunte to restructure his contract. Daunte is refusing to restructure his deal, basically leaving the Dolphins no outs. He is making it very difficult, because he is frustrated with the way they are treating him. It isn't impossible to deal him, they just would need to find a team that will take him "as is." If they cut him, he will have the ability to go anywhere he wants, and sign a new deal. Basically, he is taking a stand and giving the bird to the Dolphins. I, for one, don't blame him. The Dolphins are a poorly run organization, and have basically put themselves into this situation. Hopefully, Cam can get them going in the right direction. Although, it's hard to see how Green is going to help....

The injury to McNabb has left me scrambling for a legit QB, and I am currently the #1 seed for the playoffs (team & scoring in sig). Currently, I have D. Garrard and J. Garcia. It's a full Dynasty. Should I deal for Favre, Kitna, Delhomme or McNair? This is the last week for deals/FA pickups, and all of these guys can be dealt for (future rookie pick - prob 2nd rounder - low, probably 24th overall). Do any of these guys help me this year & for the future? Favre has looked up/down; Delhomme has been underperforming, Kitna is, well, Kitna, and McNair is on a running team. Aaron Brooks is also avail as a FA. Help?!?!? Thanks! MKJr

My full roster and scoring system are in the signature. The other owner really wanted Lloyd and Burleson, and I ended up with Doug Gabriel (NE WR) and Andre Johnson (HOU WR). How did I do? This is a full dynasty league. I guess Andre was pretty good 2 years ago, and was a pretty big bust last year. I figure he may be my #3 WR this year, and has pretty good potential. If Gabriel ends up being the #1 in NE, this may be a good deal. Thanks for the insight! MKJr

I don't see any reason for a veto. By the way, I am the Commish in my league, and have NEVER vetoed a deal. I think this should only be used if it's CLEAR CUT cheating. And if that's the case, you shouldn't invite them back next year.

I think Brady, McNabb, Palmer all COULD go for QBs; For WRs, Owens, Moss, Fitz, CJ, Holt.

I still don't understand what your point is. If the rules are clearly defined from the get-go, what is there to vote on? If your league is unorganized that's a much larger problem. I also think you are clearly misinterpreting what I am saying: One set of rules, one person enforce them. Shouldn't be needs for "votes", which never work. "Power crazy" is really a rediculous statement, considering the commissioner would thereby operate under the same rules.

Why is that? It's not a big deal, he's just a backup. It just means that they weren't happy with their depth. By no means is this a loss-in-faith in LJ. If anything, it means that the Priest is probably done and whomever else they have sucks.

Your "demoCRAZY" is 100% correct. It's crazy to let demoCRAZY rule. No matter what, everyone is going to have different opinions. Owners are the jury? I disagree. I have run several leagues, and every league that was a DemoCRAZY, was just that, CRAZY. Smoothest leagues are CLEARLY defined, rules, scoring, etc. --- if your league is patchwork and has several discrepencies throughout the year, then yes, you should quit.....
