Also the NFL hasn't come out and stated if he was suspended based on what they found, if they found evidence that he was guilty then yes the 6 game baseline would apply, but if they didn't and they are suspending him for "failure to report in a timely manner" then the 3 games is about right.

The NFL "concluded that Winston violated the personal conduct policy by touching the driver in an inappropriate and sexual manner without her consent and that disciplinary action was necessary and appropriate." ......."A failure either to obtain the evaluation or to cooperate with treatment will result in further discipline," the league said in a statement. "In addition, a future violation of the personal conduct policy will result in more substantial discipline, including a potential ban from the NFL."

 

 

So if the League office stated that he violated the code, and they specifically cited the instance - how is that anything other than the baseline 6 game suspension?
