Mailed in my ballot yesterday.

Prolly won't matter in my state, but then again, Trump allegedly had no chance, right?

Yea...I'll be tuning in locally and nationally.

CNN is full-bore today, my god they were pushing every possible anti-Trump narrative you can dream up, it is astonishing what they have become. Turned to the BBC, they actually had focking news stories....

I have started watching Amanpour on PBS. She does a really good job. The rest of them are unwatchable other than BBC News.

Miss yesterday she thought of hell Muslims are far more integrated in American society than other countries. that in Europe for example, literal Muslim ghettos still exist. But that Americans still beat themselves up over the treatment of Muslims.

I've always liked her. She's smart, she's been around a lot. She actually has her own perspective.

Stay up and watch?

For sure, I love election nights.

Predictions?

Regardless of who wins, not much will change. Those obsessed with politics will continue go around and around with the very same ones they accuse of being clueless and obsessed... Groundhog day all over again.

Should have a prediction poll... I will most likely get home, have dinner, play with my son until it's time for him to go to bed, and then either watch shows with the wife or play a video game until bed. I'll wake up the next morning and check the news and then hop on here for the hilarity that is sure to occur no matter who wins. All I hope is that neither side ends up with a supermajority.

Will watch, all night if it looks like fun. The NY Times had an excellent resource for tracking the election in 2016, I hope they have it again. It was deadly accurate, even in the early going.

Regardless of outcome, I'll be glad that the bombardment of non-stop attack ads finally stop. There's a pretty contentious race out here that has both sides pulling out all the stops.

During one commercial break there were 6 focking ads for this race all in a row. Unfortunately I'm not in that district so I can't even vote on it.

There are also a couple of initiatives out here that I'm very interested in the outcome, as they will directly impact my wallet.

I think R keeps the Senate but D takes the House. I'd be willing to bet on it (although, not straight cash homie, gotta be something like hats or tshirts).

I will stay up a bit but will most likely just wait until the next morning to find out how things went. One thing to keep in mind, if the Dems don't CLEARLY win the House and it remains close, look for them to pull some fockery like they did after Trump won. Trying to stop electorates from certifying, challenging via recount, etc..........They will not go quietly.

CNN is just Democrat Fox from what I can tell.

No what you have going on here is that CNN is the most trusted name in news whereas Fox is the most fair and balanced.

Question on this... if the dems win slightly, what do you think the repubs will do? Will you have the same disdain if a GOP candidate pulls the same move?

Trump can dust off his blue ribbon voter fraud commission. They're practically unused.

The thing that scares me about these congressional races is Trump laid groundwork in traditional blue areas, and now that they are seeing progress, they are reverting to their old voting ways. The 40's aren't coming back people.

Only 3 Presidents didn’t lose seats at mid term elections.

In 2010 GOP picked up 63 seats and took control of the house.

Clinton lost 60+ seats

First off, the Republicans will not pull the same sh!t the Dems are capable of. The MSM won't allow it. And of course I will but I'm referring to 2016 General election and the mockery the Dems made of that. JFC, threatening electorates? Having some PAC (or Soros) pay to file for statewide recount to delay, etc....

Are you planning on voting Democrat after what they've been doing?

I actually already voted. Any time there was a libertarian candidate I voted for them. I did vote for my first D though (governor) which felt odd as fock. The rest were R. I also did vote to raise my taxes which felt odd as fock too (mill levy for the local school district).
