Got Bacon. Might as well do Eggs.

Recommended Posts

I am not a fan of the tasteless, phlegm like white part.

My dad likes extra runny. Me? If I'm going fried, it's over medium. But best if I can hide the whole damn thing between toast.

Only took me 50 years to learn how to make good scrambled eggs. Not that rubbery hard as crap.night and day.

When I was sick, they give me extra soft boiled. Well shyt, if I wasn't sick before...

But my choice? Omelette style.

Keep that nasty Benedict away.

Scrambled with a teaspoon of milk added per egg. Generous with the pepper mill...a touch of salt and cooked in butter.

Will sometimes spice it up with various spices...or meats...

To me, them little dehydrated onions absolutely make scrambled eggs.

If you haven't tried it, try it sometime.

Not as good in oatmeal, by the way.

Or....

Over easy with a Jimmy Dean sausage patty and a slice of cheddar on a toasted English muffin.

not an egg guy. can tolerate omelettes and quiches because of the other ingredients. can make them many ways (was part of my training and a rotation when I was an intern).

for those of you who like scrambled, add a little cream cheese to the batch while cooking.

Eggs are good. More of an omelette kind of guy. If it is fried then over medium. Oozing yolk is gross. And half of it ends up on your plate. What are you going to do lap it up like a dog? Slighty slow run of the yolk is fine.

Just about every egg opinion you have is wrong. Over-easy, soft boiled, and benedict are probably the top 3 ways to have eggs.

Abso-freakin'-lutely. But I want the crap out of the can. I don't want any of this artisinal homemade yam and parsnip blah blah blah crap.

But yeah, probably my favorite breakfast. Dad and I would have that before we go fishing.

Used to love 'em over easy with toast, sausage patties and hash browns. Sometimes, I really miss eating like that.

These days, I have an occasional omelette with ham, spinach, sliced tomatoes and a few squirts of Frank's sauce. If Frank is in his refractory period, I go with Tabasco.
