Deal offered me...do I take? Or Counter?

Recommended Posts

I was just offered Deandre Hopkins and Alex Smith for Eli Manning and Cameron Meredith.

Do I do this trade as is, or counter with a different receiver (not named ARob :-))

I would like to get Hopkins, but not keen on parting with Meredith.

My receivers currently - ARobinson, Baldwin, TyWilliams, Meredith, MThomas

I think the only other receiver you could conceivably trade enticing enough to get a deal done would be Doug Baldwin. Seattle typically gets better as the season progresses and I have never seen Meredith play. I have him plugged in for tonight's game too. CBS trade Values has Meredith as a considerably lower value in their trade value ranks so I guess I would try to pawn him off for Hopkins. Hopkins has to do better this season...... right?

Hard to pass up a stud like Hopkins.

But he sure has been limited this season.

Not sold on his Qb and Fuller is really taking targets from him.

I think though I would do it , again hard to pass on a potential Wr stud.

Thanks weepaws...I am not keen on parting with Meredith.

Do you think I should try countering with MThomas or TyWilliams?

If trade is still on the table, get rid of Meredith now that Hoyer is out. I have Meredith in my league and I may have to drop him if I can't find anyone to trade for him. I have Jeffrey in another league and he's even more toast now. Barkley is horrible.
