How in the #$@% did this happen?

QB - Ryan RB - McFadden RB - Rice WR/RB - F.Jones/Murray/Benson WR - Megatron WR - D.Bryant TE - V. Davis Def - Varies K - Varies 3-4 record. Third highest scoring team, highest points against by far. Moved Ryan this week with benson for Rivers to shake something up. Other than that I will wait for fate to take over and get to the playoffs.

    FYI: Rivers Suxs

Gave up Cedric benson and matt Ryan for him today. Did I give up to much?
  3. Rechtien

Jerry Rice - that great oroverrated?

How do we know that Montana and Young are not HOFers because they played with Jerry? Possibly Jerry on the field took focus off the rest of the office and made guys like Craig, RW McWaters, etc that much better allowing the QB better stats . . . oh wait, we will never know because They are all in the HOF.

    Maurice Jones-Drew

They ran him on that last 8 minute drive. Got within the 10 and stopped running the football. Should kept feeding him the ball and let him push Tenn in to the end zone.
  5. Play in a 14 team dynasty league. All TDs 6 points, standard points for yards (1 for 20 pass, 1 for 10 rush/rec). TOs are -2 and no bonuses are offered. We start 1 QB, 2RB, 2 WR, 1 WR/RB/TE flex, 1 K, 1 DEF I have been offered Michael Crabtree, Roscoe Parrish, and a 6th round rookie pick for Jay Cutler. I have been shopping Cutler (prior to injury) for a RB but in a 14 team league those are hard to come by and harder to get away from owners. I have won my division the last two years and lost in the championship game and semi finals (no championships). This year I am 4-3, out of first by 1 game (doubleheaders). Any thoughts on this deal? I think Cutler is a good QB, not great. He will get yards when he isnt on his back and score some points. Guy offering deal isnt deep at RB and is not interested in sending a back in the deal. This is my roster at the moment: Cassel, Matt KCC QB Cutler, Jay CHI QB (O) Schaub, Matt HOU QB Smith, Alex SFO QB Hillis, Peyton CLE RB (Q) Jennings, Rashad JAC RB (D) Jones-Drew, Maurice JAC RB (P) Slaton, Steve HOU RB Smith, Kevin DET RB Westbrook, Brian SFO RB Knox, Johnny CHI WR Marshall, Brandon MIA WR Naanee, Legedu SDC WR Walter, Kevin HOU WR White, Roddy ATL WR Lewis, Marcedes JAC TE Miller, Zach OAK TE (P) Scobee, Josh JAC PK Bills, Buffalo BUF Colts, Indianapolis IND Injured Reserve Easley, Marcus BUF WR ® Taxi Squad McCluster, Dexter KCC WR ® Tate, Golden SEA WR ®

    Peyton Hillis

I started him. I would love to say because I am brilliant but it is just dumb luck. I have MJD, Westy, K SMith, S Slaton (traded R Rice for him before last year) in my dynasty league. I needed a back and thought leon washington would end up playing a significant role in Seattle. Lost him due timing when free agents opened. My second choice was Hillis. I hope Harrison never sees the field again this year. But my expectations are still low for the rest of the season and I plan to shop Hillis this week to see what is offered in return.

    All Play Free League

It is not a true points league. In a points league it is total points on the season that determines place. Highest scoring team is first place and so on. In this format described it is possible to be the highest scoring team in the league and not be in first place. Example: One team scores 100 points week 1 and is the highest scoring team in the league. Team goes 11-0. Team 2 scores 90 points and loses to team one and another team but beats everyone else and goes 9-2. Week 2 same two teams. First team scores 100 points but is second highest scoring team in the league with 100. Goes 10-1. Total record 21-1. Total points 200. Team 2 has a good week and scores 120 points and goes 11-0. Total points 210. Record now 20-2 and in second place despite being high scoring team. Hopefully that makes sense.

    dynasty trade...please somebody answer!

By it self it is not a terrible trade. But how bad do you need WR help? If Welker is not going to be in your starting lineup then the trade is rivers for rodgers. Add in the salary part, the injury part, and any other parts, and I do not do this trade unless I desperately need help at WR. Then you add the pick and some cap room and make it more complicated. With the information given I pass on this deal.

Rookie Draft, 14 team dynasty, standard scoring

My sons Bday trumped me making the draft. My predraft rankings made my selections. If I would have been there I would have looked for a running back. I cannot complain about the selections though. And yeah, not sure what happened with guy at 07. I was not there. Last time we had this issue, guy was gone, set predraft list but did not make pre selections (myfantasyleague.com site). Not sure if the same case this time.

Hope this helps someone out.
