Has anyone traded James Connor if so for what

Recommended Posts

I got offered Gurley and Tyler Boyd for Connor and Funchess.... The issue is Connor is a 10th round keeper for next year. Just curious what you guys have received back for Connor

In your league I'd rather have Conner for a 10 than Gurley so I wouldn't of taken that offer either unless I was all in to win this year.

I doubt you will get fair market value for Conner in your league. I'd be happy knowing that I had the Steelers feature back for a few years at a cheap price.

In more conventional leagues I like to build a keeper/dynasty team with top 10 rbs and wrs, not trade them away.

Nobody has approached me in a trade for Conner who I own in all of my leagues. He would not come cheap as he's the #3 scoring RB in my league even with his bye.

Bell out of the equation enhances Conner to being untradable imo.

It would be trying to win it all. Aiming for the first rd bye etc. My team is stacked. Brees, Diggs, Evans, David J, James White and a real good bench. But I agree trading Connor is definitely difficult

I'd say it's fair offer, but I wouldn't make the trade on either side. If I have Gurley or Conner, I'd be riding them until the wheels fall off unless I had sufficient RB depth to swing a deal that drastically upgraded another are of my team (QB/WR/TE). I don't see the point in simply exchanging elite RBs.

Playoff match ups are a factor. Gurley weeks 14-16 @Chi, Philly, and @AZ. Conner @Oak, NE, @NO.

McVey is on record as saying that he would rest his starters late in the season if the Rams clinch a first round bye. I agree with jackjohn.

This is a keeper league.

I would trade Conner for Gurley and Boyd in a keeper league.

Rams have a young team that’s just starting to role, Steelers aren’t very young.

Boyd is having a good season, I would do this trade, in a redraft league I wouldn’t trade Gurley for Conner based on the fact that Gurley will sit soon if the Rams keep rolling.

He only lists Conner as a keeper, so I'm assuming that Gurley and Boyd cannot be kept.

Boyd could be kept but hes a 5th rounder. Biggest fear is the Rams resting Gurley.

With the Saints H2H win over the Rams, it's unlikely that the Rams are able to rest players in week 16. They would need to be 3 games ahead going into week 16 (sitting at 13-1 while the Saints would have to have dropped to 10-4 - losing 3 out of their next 5)

Anyone see Conner end up getting rested?

Hell No. Pitt's race in the AFC is way too tight, every game means something. And to think Pitt would have everything wrapped up/settled two weeks in advance of the season ending is just not going to happen. Way too tight.

I'd be a little concerned that the rams limit gurley's reps if they get the top spot locked up.

Me too, although I wonder if he sits if he is on pace for most TDs in a season...

I traded FOR Connor.

I have Gurley and Hunt.... week 12 bye.... keeper league, can't keep either

I gave up Gurley and Robert Woods for Connor (11th rd keeper next year), Matt Breida and Keenan Allen.
