ROCKFORD 134 Posted September 21, 2018 Cuban cigars are now legal in the United States when it comes to traveling abroad and bringing them back into the country for personal use. However, if U.S. citizens attempt to sell Cuban cigars within the United States, they may be subject to fines and other penalties. https://www.thoughtco.com/cuban-cigars-are-cuban-cigars-legal-719511

wiffleball 4,631 Posted September 21, 2018 I love how literally every cigar rolled south of Bangor Maine was hand rolled by Fidel's personal cigar maker. You know the dude's been busy or it's the biggest lie since I won't come in your mouth.

frank 2,144 Posted September 21, 2018 https://www.thoughtco.com/cuban-cigars-are-cuban-cigars-legal-719511 Hypothetically, I could sell a really expensive cardboard cigar box and throw in some free cigars though, right? Asking for a friend.

Not only that....but it used to be as an American citizen you weren't allowed to buy them anywhere....at any time. Fell under the crime of "trading with the enemy" Also its always been legal to possess Cuban cigars. Americans were just never allowed to buy them.
