Can amendola be healthy enough to be worth a high waiver?

Recommended Posts

If you can pick him up for an under performing WR he is worth a shot in PPR. Brady loves to throw to this guy. I picked him up last week and he is the WR # 4 on my ppr squad.

"Can amendola be healthy"

No. Could've stopped you right there. Doesn't matter what the rest of the sentence is

Haha I know. He obviously has a rapport with brady. Makes it tempting to take a shot over the hot garbage on the wire.

I like his QB more and of course the team he playes for.

But I don't trust Amendola too stay on the field.

I would give Higgins a shot.

Good luck with the pick which ever way you go.

Do you like him over Higgins?

No. Higgins is getting an opportunity. I watched the target film on Higgins. Kizer forced it to him a bunch. All you need to see. They will need to throw. Stash him to see if he continues to develop and if so you get a gem.

Went amendola then went to pick up Higgins and he was scooped in the classic 5 am cb hahaha. Ah well at least amendola is practicing. I think him healthy will still put up some excellent wr3 numbers in ppr.

He will put up better than WR3 numbers. Probably Mid to high end WR2 numbers.

but he's only worth a WR3/4 because of the amount of time he spends injured.

it's a risk factor, and given the situation, you'd rather have him as a backup than a starter because of the previously mentioned injury problems.

I think hes a guy you let clear waivers and then add

I don't even know if hes cleared yet

This is what i'm planning on. He's worth adding to your roster (most leagues), but there are better options simply because you can't count on him at all.
