I need 3rd WR help. Pick one out of these three. I'm thinking Branch, but just want to see what you think. Thanks.

Deion Branch vs. StL Rams

Wes Welker vs. NY Jets

Eric Parker vs. SF 49ers

Derek Hagan vs. NY Jets

I am having a hard time picking 3 receivers out of the following (get 1 point per reception):

Baskett, Hank PHI

Bryant, Antonio SFO

Coles, Laveranues NYJ (questionable)

Johnson, Chad CIN

Moss, Randy OAK

Stallworth, Donte' PHI (doubtful)

Some of my thoughts:

I will play Chad.

Coles has been on the decline every single week (and questionable)

Stallworth is doubtful thus I picked up Baskett

Moss just keeps running his mouth.

Coles is probable per NFL.com I like Coles, Baskett and CJ.

Moss is a mess...Stallworth out..(baskett will get his)... bryant averaging only 3.4 recepts per game.

Been offerd this trade right now, Standard scoring start 2 RB-3WR

Heres my roster (whats needed anyway)

RBs-Rudi-Gore (bye week 7) Jamal Lewis (bye 7) Deangelo Williams-Jacobs

Wrs-Steve Smith-Driver-Braylon Edwards-Matt Jones-Bryant Johnson-Greg Lewis

I get-Dillon-Chambers and Derrick Blaylock (throw in to even rosters)

I Give-Jamal Lewis-Bryant Johnson-Matt Jones

I need Dillon for next week with Gore and Lewis on bye, So its basically Chambers for Johnson and Jones.

Pull the trigger, right?

Here is my team - week 6 starters in bold. Chambers hasn't been performing up to par - do I stick with my first thought or go with LJ Smith? Who do I play :headbanger: and who do I bench :dunno: ?

Any suggestions? :wall:

Bledsoe, Drew DAL QB

Leftwich, Byron JAC QB (BYE)

Young, Vince TEN QB ®

Johnson, Larry KCC RB

Taylor, Chester MIN RB (BYE)

Turner, Michael SDC RB

Chambers, Chris MIA WR

Colston, Marques NOS WR

Johnson, Andre HOU WR

Johnson, Bryant ARI WR

Battle, Arnaz SF WR

Smith, L.J. PHI TE

Winslow, Kellen CLE TE (Bye)

Graham, Shayne CIN PK

Kaeding, Nate SDC PK

Saints, New Orleans NOS Def

Steelers, Pittsburgh PIT Def

Chambers has a better average recept per game and 1 more TD than LJ.

And he's going against the JETS.

Stick with Chambers in this case.

Branch is a bit of an unknown in seattle's system...only a few plays and 5 receptions so far...but I think he is a start because he is stuff.

Couple hours before gametime and I still can't decide on Bledsoe at home against Houston or Grossman at Arizona. Tough matchup this week, I want to keep my undefeated streak going and can use any edge I can get.

I'm going with westbrook. Do I use T Jones from chicago or Ronnie brown from miami as my other RB

<_<

Brown has more TD's, slightly lower ypc...but he's going against the Jets who cant stop anyone.

I like BROWN.

I've got "questions" with BOTH teams this week... Team #1 - at QB - go with Hasselbeck (at STL) or Grossman (at ARI). I took Hasselbeck in the 3rd round, and he is without Alexander. But - Grossman is playing ARI, who is horrible. I'm leaning towards Hasselbeck, because STL will score points, and he'll need to throw to keep up. Also, I believe CHI will run the ball all day, once building a lead.

At RB - I'm "hurting" due to the bye week. I picked up Verron Haynes of PIT as a filler, who plays at home vs. KC. I also obtained Mike Robinson of SF, who plays home vs. San Diego. I'm leaning towards V. Hayes, because I think KC will score vs. PIT, and W. Parker will be relegated to the bench for the 3rd-down back which is Hayes. Also, M-Rob had quite a few red-zone carries LAST week, and didn't convert on any of them...

At WR - I'm definitely going with DET WR M. Furrey (BUF 2ndary banged up; R. Williams is injured). So - my #2 WR is between Keyshawn Johnson (at BAL) or J. Horn who is home vs. PHI. CAR @ BAL worries me, because BAL DEF is so good. Also, Delhomme I think will "lean on" S. Smith, who is back. Horn had 4 receptions for 76 against PHI a year or two ago, and that isn't too bad. Also, I think PHI's 2ndary is hurting, and PHI will score vs. New Orleans. So, Brees will need to throw.

Ive said before..Chambers historically has a better 2nd half of the season.

If you think like me..then it is a good trade that will pay off come playoff time.

Not sure what your asking...

I like Grossman...against AZ

RB...do you have FWP? Or are you betting he gets sat down. Or are you asking me Haynes or M-Rob?

Id go with Haynes.

Roy williams is probable last I heard..according to NFL.com

Steve Smith...I dont care..never bench your studs.

Just picked up Maroney off WW! Now I need to move at least one RB. Who would you move and where would you upgrade? See my sig for players

Dump one of your Defenses.

Try to trade edge for another reciever or pick up Hank Baskett, Doug Gabriel or some of the other prospects out there.

1. Someone in my league wants Robbie Gould. He offered me jennings, Dallas Clark, and Matt Stover. I could maybe get Stallworth instead of Jennings, what should i do? (i know to take the deal)

2. Being offered Colston and either Lee Evans or Coles for Addai. Which is better?

3. i have Jamal Lewis, LaMont Jordan, and Morris, which should i start.

See if i take the GOuld and the Addai trade, i will have to drop a lot of players and i will have 3 TE because i already have McMichaels.

Here is my team:

QB: Drew Bledsoe

WR: Chris Chambers

WR: Joey Galloway

WR: Darrell Jackson

RB: Steven Jackson

RB: Larry Johnson

Flex: Mourice Morris

TE: McMichaels

K: Robbie Gould

DEF: Carolina

Bench:

Joseph Addai

Ahman Green

Hines Ward

Matt Hasselbeck

Jamal Lewis

LaMont Jordan

One more thing, who should I start at QB this week, they both should do great. Thanks!

The first trade...why would you do tha? Your trading a starter for 3 benchwarmers.

I like Colston..better than mcmichaels..but Lamont Jordan is the question mark..he is underperforming and Addai may end up being the starter. I dont like it.

Morris and Jlewis. Morris has had 2 weeks to work with the offense..he should be good to go.

Go with Hassleback...its gonna TSTORM in dallas and probably TO storm as well. Bledsoe is 50/50 good vs bad...Hassleback is 90/10 good game vs bad game.

I'll play FA.

I really REALLY don't want to start R Moss tonight - problem is my alternatives are not very good (screwed by the Fitz injury). WR3 selection (w/Housh, Cotchery):

R Moss @ DEN

McCardell @ SF

Furrey vs BUF

Toss up between Furrey and McCardell.

Furrey is a good play if Roy doesnt start, last I heard Roy will play.

Mcardell seems the better play.

Thanks Frog. I'm sure you guided many today. I posted yesterday concerning the amount & speed of responses from members. I'm not saying that the average help board member has less knowledge than the average 'geek' on the other board. I myself have just signed up yesterday but I've been playing FFL for about 6 years. I have done moderately well. I would just like more input on the help board from geeks like you. I don't want to post WDIS questions on the other board. Thank  s!!
