BennyAndTheJets 0 Posted August 21, 2009 I'm the commish of a 12 team league. 9 starting positions. QB, WR, WR, RB, RB, TE, WR/TE, K, D I was wondering how many bench spots I should give. Right now I'm giving 5, but I was thinking 6 might make more sense? What do most of you guys use?
ben4uf 0 Posted August 21, 2009 I'm commish in one league and former commish in another. In the 12 team league we start 10 players with 7 bench, so I think having 6 bench for 9 starters is fair. It all depends on how many waiver wire moves you allow per season because with 5 bench there are going to be a lot more transactions for bye weeks and injuries etc. please see mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=347737 thanks
madd futher mucker 36 Posted August 21, 2009 A 16 player roster is pretty standard. By now you should already have ALL your league rules, including roster size in writing.
rehdjac 0 Posted August 21, 2009 I've always thought 16 was a bit restricting. I give my leagues 17 spots for out 9 starters.
