I know, you're perfectly fit and would never eat a pop tart.

Lets play pretend.

I don't eat them often, but when I do, they gotta be toasted. Every once in a while, when I am feeling particularly sluggish, I will start my day with four of them and a diet coke.

Funny, as I am typing this, the guy that sits next to me just went to the kitchen and bought a package....he would vote "as is" for the record.

Seriously, other than free, and really hungry, I don't understand why anybody would eat a Pop-Tart when we live in a world that has toaster strudel.

If I were to eat a pop tart, I'd prefer that it be toasted. At work, it'd be as-is because I don't feel like standing around in the break room waiting for it. At home, I wouldn't mind waiting, so I'd toast it. This is all just pretend of course.

I think strawberry and frosted was the best one. And toasted only.

As a kid we always had fruity ones with frosting. Frosting was key because otherwise there wasn't enough sugar. :D Also toasted is preferred..

Our toaster oven died at work, I requested a real toaster, and was denied.

They replaced it with a new toaster oven that has a sort of fire alarm ring to it when its done, that I can hear from my office.

So you dont eat bacon?

People always bring raw bacon to work.

doesn't toaster strudel have to stay cold or frozen too?

Why don't you and 3 coworkers chip in $5 each and buy one?

The texture is absolutely hideous. It truly is cardboard. Cellulosic cardboard.

The best way to eat them is to place them in a sandwich bag slam the sandwich bag against the counter about 8 or 12 * and then sprinkle the whole shebang on a big old bowl of ice cream.

Frosted strawberry, toasted. I also melt butter onto the non-frosted side.

Same deal where I work, except no charities. The profits are used for catered lunches and silly in office competitions a few times a year, corn-hole tournaments, free throw contests, sh!t like that.

Oh yea, on subject... May have a pop-tart once every few years. Raw, until reading this thread, I forgot about these things being designed to fit into a toaster.

Funny you brought this up. I had one on Saturday (brown sugar cinnamon) for the first time in years. Threw it in the microwave for 20 seconds because Im incredibly lazy and proceeded to get 3rd degree burns on my hand when I pulled it out, it was tasty though.
