Always play your studs? Or not. Michael Thomas

Recommended Posts

My team has Diggs, Michael Thomas, Tate, and Gabriel as the receiving core. Thomas has always been a no-brainer for everyone who owns him. I have him as a keeper since he got into the league, and never sat him.

But Thomas has only 9 targets over the his last 2 games and now goes against a Raven's team that hasn't allowed 100 yards to a receiver yet this year .

I probably won't sit him but wondering if anyone is thinking about it themselves.

I think MT is a guy you play no matter what. The matchup might not be great, but I personally would rather have my stud dud in my lineup than risk overthinking it, benching him and he goes off. If this becomes a trend throughout various game scripts and opponents, then it's another story. But otherwise, he should be locked into your lineup until further notice.

Thinking of benching gurley. Thoughts?

I don't know man, Aaron Jones really tore up SF last week so I would probably roll the dice with Gurley...

This is more of a WSIS cleverly wrapped in a question.

I would play him.

Also nevah bench Stephen Davis!!!!

Nah, it's more about Thomas. Not sure if there is a trend forming of his targets going down is all. I haven't been listening to much of Saints football chat over the last couple weeks. I don't really ask advice for who I should start. Never have done that here that I can recall.
