Appears they are working on charging someone paddock was communicating with in planning the attack. Has anyone suggested that the Las Vegas victims were actors? In one of the last press conferences about the shooting, the Las Vegas sheriff confirmed that the police were in the hotel when the shooting started. It took them over an hour to get upstairs? Or were they just waiting by the door as Paddock executed 58 people? They were distracted by the big box of donuts the shooter had left outside the door. He sold Paddock 700 rounds of tracers about a month prior to the Vegas attack. Some of the tracers he made himself. He was not licensed/certified to manufacture ammunition. He was charged with something related to this part. He was discovered because he recycled an Amazon box at his house to deliver the 700 rounds to Paddock, and that Amazon box was found in the hotel room in Vegas. With the label to the guy in AZ still on the box. FBI interviewed him last fall, did not pursue anything further. Analysis: It is not illegal to sell ammunition. Paddock did not use the tracer rounds in Vegas (anyone who has seen video from the attack would know this). Paddock did fire 1000 rounds of other ammunition, based on the shells scattered around the floor of the room. Bullets from AZ guy were not used in the Vegas attack. AZ guy broke a law related to manufacturing ammunition. AZ guy's name was redacted in FBI doc released but newspaper in Vegas got a copy of redacted docs and AZ guy's name was not redacted in one spot.
