Best place to get used iPhone 7 or 8

Recommended Posts

I'm looking for a used iPhone for my kid. I don't want to purchase a new X or 10 or whatever is the newest. $1000 is dumb.

Where have you guys gotten them? Ebay? Amazon? Craigslist?

Refurbed or Used?

What gives me the best odds of not getting a crapped out phone?

When I upgrade I just get the last model they made. Doesn't cost much. I forget exactly, but I wasn't taken aback by it.

Starbucks. Wait for one of the Baristas to call out a name. When that person gets up to get her coffee, yoink her phone and head out the door.

Well yeah....so....you mean a new one at the cell store?

I see on craigslist (Fargo ND area)...some guy has a ton of listings...from 5 up to 8.

8 is $650 for "like new".

7 is $420 or so for "like new"

X is 800 for "like new"

he already wrote me back and asked what my area code was the phone was gonna be for. Hmmm.

Yeah. I'd say I upgrade around every two years? I know I pay something up front, maybe 100 bucks?
