Championship help- Jeffrey or ESanders?

Going in the championship, but have a difficult decision @ WR 2.

 

Manny Sanders v Cincinnati with Denver really leaning on the run and good pass D?

Or

Alshon Jeffrey against Denver with Clausen @ QB. I feel like Clausen probably hasn't had reps with 1s.

 

Do I hope that Clausen can fill in like McCown did last year, or trust in Denver running the ball?

I would feel more comfortable with Sanders only because of the uncertainty surrounding Clausen.
