Looks like something I wanted to open in the mountains. I have not. To be honest, we don't get into Denver very often anymore since we moved up north. I'm excited to watch the Denver Top Chef but I won't until I can binge it all in a couple days. I just took a look at their menu and damn, that's my kind of place too. Meat and beer, cant go wrong. Edit: I just took a look at their beer list and the first beer on the list is a special tapping from my favorite brewery. Going to have to give this a try for sure.
