Indeed.

 

One year in the Championship game I blocked a guy into starting a plodder going into San Diego when their defense was playing lights out. The 'plodder' had a career game running for 120+ yards and 2 TDs with a receiving TD as well. Cost me the game as the two much better options that I snagged didn't do squat.

 

And DO NOT churn the wire. Total d!ck move.....

A couple seasons ago, the guy playing me in the semifinal match picked up Carson Palmer since he "looked" like the best option to replace my injured RGIII. Romo had been dropped the week earlier (only 4 bench spots) so I started him instead.

 

Well, Palmer threw up a dud & Romo went berserk in the semi's/final match which earned me a championship win.

 

Funny how blocking moves can totally backfire.
