There were 16 indictments for the Internet Research investigation. Three were companies, one is a legitimate oligarch with deep ties to Putin and the Ministry of Defense, another worked for the Ministry of Internal Affairs in St. Pete once, another three or so are accused of having done spying in the US. But however you think of them none of them have been charged based on the dossier or the Page order.

 

The other 6 persons, i.e. those not connected to the IRA, were charged based on evidence totally independent of the dossier and the Page warrant. Just as an example if you look at the Manafort indictments they list his wire transfers and Treasury just has access to that stuff. If you look at the Flynn plea they're referencing eavesdropping on Russian diplomats which they do and have always done all the time. There isn't a single claim or charge so far against any of those people based on the dossier or Page.

You keep making claims that are not factual.

The basis of the investigation is Russias involvement in the 2016 election and any involvement by the Trump campaign. Also pretty much anything Mueller finds while conducting it (like Kushners ties to Qatar).
